This page is part of the EventDiagram venue registry — floor-plan data published for event planners, vendors, and the venue itself. This record was compiled from the venue's public materials and has not yet been claimed by the venue. Room geometry is traced from the venue's own drawings to the room's actual perimeter — vestibules, alcoves, and door bays included — and the scale references we checked are listed on each space below. Software assists the tracing; a person reviews every plan against its source before it appears here. Capacity figures are only ever the venue's own published numbers — we never estimate them. Known limitations

• Ballroom: Dimensions are the venue's own, not traced from the drawings. The section lengths sum exactly to the 129.94 ft overall, and each section's area matches its stated square footage, so the set is self-consistent.
• Ballroom: The stage is NOT included in these dimensions or in this room's area - the venue counts it separately (see the Stage space). If you would rather see the stage inside the ballroom when laying out, we can draw it into the room outline.
• Ballroom: Rectangular envelope: the perimeter has not been traced, so door positions, columns and the stage recess are not yet captured.
• Ballroom: Earlier caveat withdrawn: the 1st-floor sheet's 'Building Specifications: 130' x 50' = 6,500 Sq. Ft.' is CORRECT and agrees with the venue's 129.94 x 50.55 = 6,569. Our first pass measured the ballroom and the stage together and to the outer wall rather than the clear span, which overstated it.
• Stage: Not independently bookable - it is the built stage serving the Ballroom, listed separately because the venue counts it separately.
• Stage: Two ceiling heights: 21.37 ft over the front stage, 9.14 ft over the backstage. The space carries the front-stage height; the backstage height is recorded here.
• Stage: Narrower than the ballroom (39.61 ft against 50.55 ft) and set into the east wall; the exact offset is not yet traced.
• Lobby: Curved walls are stored as a fine-tessellated polygon (the data model holds straight segments only); chord error is under ~0.15 ft.
• Lobby: The traced boundary follows the inner face of each grand staircase, so the stair footprints are excluded from the usable floor.
• Lobby: Traced floor is 6421 sq ft against IPEC's published '5,000-square-foot foyer'. The published figure is likely a narrower sellable area - worth confirming which number the venue quotes.
• Lobby: Ceiling height not shown on the source sheet. IPEC publishes 29 ft for the foyer - unconfirmed.
