AllSeated became Prismm; Cvent bought Prismm; and Prismm goes view-only on October 1, 2026, shutting down entirely on December 31. Your diagrams, templates, and guest lists need a new home this year.

2025 — Cvent buys Prismm
Cvent — owner of Social Tables — acquires Prismm. The category's two main independent tools now belong to one company.
2026 — the sunset
Prismm goes view-only Oct 1 and shuts down Dec 31. Templates, favorites, object groups, and pre-2022 events don't migrate to Cvent.

AllSeated — common questions
- What happened to AllSeated?
- AllSeated rebranded to Prismm in 2024. In April 2025, Cvent — which already owned Social Tables — acquired Prismm and began sunsetting it: Prismm goes view-and-export-only on October 1, 2026 and shuts down completely on December 31, 2026. AllSeated accounts are Prismm accounts, so the same timeline applies to you.
- Is my old AllSeated work safe?
- Only if you export it. Events created before January 1, 2022 will not be available in Cvent's environment at all, and templates, favorites, and object groups don't migrate automatically. Export everything you might ever reference — floor plans, templates, guest lists — before October 1, 2026.
- What's the closest thing to what AllSeated was?
- AllSeated's appeal was being a free-friendly, collaborative tool that venues, planners, and vendors could all live in.
