For wedding & social planners

Seating charts and reception layouts, without the enterprise software

AllSeated became Prismm, and Prismm shuts down at the end of 2026. EventDiagram is the independent place to land: sweetheart and head tables at real sizes, guest lists with meals, to-scale reception plans, and a 3D view the couple can actually read.

Built for social events

The furniture and the guest list, in one plan

Rounds, sweetheart & head tables

Sweetheart table at 4′ × 4′, king's tables, farm tables, Chiavari chairs, half-rounds and serpentines — the social furniture, at real sizes, not generic rectangles.

Guest lists that seat themselves

Import your spreadsheet, assign guests to tables, track meals and dietary notes, and see table occupancy fill live. No 150-guest cap waiting to bite you.

Ceremony, cocktail & reception

Diagram the flip: ceremony rows, cocktail highboys, then the reception. Same room, separate layouts, one event — instead of three unrelated PDFs.

Show the couple the room

One click to 3D. Couples who can't read a floor plan can absolutely read a room — this is what ends the 40-message thread about where the band goes.

Your work leaves with you

Export to PDF and images on every plan, including Free. After what Prismm's shutdown put you through, that promise is in writing in our Terms.

The venue never buys a seat

Send the banquet manager, the florist, the DJ, and the couple one link. They view, comment, and approve free — forever, on every plan.

Client approval

One link. The couple, the venue, the vendors.

Send the plan instead of a PDF. They drop comments right on the table they're asking about, and approve when it's right — with a timestamp you can point to later. Nobody creates an account, nobody pays.

A shared EventDiagram plan as a client sees it, with a comment pin, an Approve this layout button, and an approval timestamp

FAQ

Questions from independent planners

I'm coming from AllSeated / Prismm. Will you rebuild my templates?
Yes — and you don't need to be a venue to get help. Export your go-to layouts as PDFs and send them to us: we'll rebuild your most-used reception templates as editable, to-scale EventDiagram layouts when you start. Prismm goes view-only October 1, 2026 and shuts down December 31, so export everything now even if you end up somewhere else.
Does the free plan actually work for a solo planner?
For most solo planners, yes. Free gives you 3 active events, unlimited free viewers and commenters, the full core object library with real dimensions, and clean PDF and image exports. "Active" means what you're working on — archive a wedding after it happens and the slot frees up, so a 30-event year fits.
Is there a guest limit?
No attendee caps that force an upgrade mid-event. For comparison, Cvent Event Diagramming's published Free, Standard, and Pro tiers cap attendee lists at 150 per list — only their $320/month Premium tier lifts it (as listed August 2026).
Do I have to learn enterprise software?
No. Pick a room, drag furniture, send a link — that's the whole workflow. There's no BEO module, no procurement process, and no sales call between you and a diagram.

The full sunset timeline and export checklist live on the Prismm migration page.
