Pricing FAQ
- What counts as an "active event" on the Free plan?
- An event you're currently working on. Archived and past events don't count against the limit — archive a finished event and the slot frees up. A 30-event-a-year planner can genuinely live on Free by archiving as they go; the paid tiers are for when you want everything live at once, plus the advanced workflow.
- Do my collaborators need paid seats?
- No — never. Viewers, commenters, and external collaborators are free on every plan, including Free. You pay for the controlled workspace (your properties, spaces, and premium workflow), not for the people you invite. Diagrams are collaborative by nature; charging every reviewer breaks the very thing the tool is for.
- Is there an annual contract?
- Monthly billing is always available on every plan — no 12-month commitment. Annual billing is optional and saves about two months. For comparison, Cvent Event Diagramming's publicly listed paid plans ($49–$320/month as of August 2026) require a 12-month commitment.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, any time, on any plan — including Free. PDF, image, and data exports are never paywalled, and we put it in writing during migration: if we're not better, you leave with everything.
- I'm coming from Social Tables or Prismm. What's the migration offer?
- Through the 2026 transition window: concierge conversion of your standard room plans (free with a Venue annual plan), a 60-day parallel-use period, credit for up to three months if you have an overlapping contract with your current provider, and a written export-and-rollback guarantee.
- What does Enterprise include?
- Multi-property hierarchy, SSO/SCIM, audit logs, API and integration packages, managed data migration, SLAs, and dedicated success — typically from $9K–$25K+ annually depending on properties and scope. Talk to us and we'll scope it in one call.
