LESSON 14 OF 14 · 1:30

Your team, and your own AI

Invite people, set roles, and connect an MCP client.

Transcript

0:03Last one. Two things: the people you work with, and the machines you work with.

0:08Team, in the top bar, is your workspace. Everyone here sees the same events, the same diagrams, the same venues.

0:15You invite people with a link. Invite as a member, or as an admin if they need to manage the workspace itself.

0:22Links last fourteen days and work once. Give an email address and it sends the invite; leave it blank and the link goes to your clipboard to send however you like.

0:32Now the second part, and it's the one people don't expect. You can point your own AI at this workspace.

0:38EventDiagram runs an MCP server. Mint a key here, hand the endpoint to Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client, and it can work in your workspace directly.

0:50It can list your venues, build a layout, run the diagram check, and render the room back to you as an image, inside your chat.

0:57Make it a read-only key if you only want it looking, not touching. Every write is versioned and attributed to the key that made it, so you can always see what the machine did.

1:07And there's a copilot built in, on the rail in every diagram, if you'd rather just describe the layout you want in plain English and watch it get built.

1:16That's the series. You know how the work is organized, how to build a plan, how to check it, and how to get it in front of people. Go build something.
