Attendees & seating

0:03A floor plan tells you where the tables go. An attendee list tells you who's sitting at them.

0:08Guest list and seating is in the toolbar, next to the 3D button.

0:26You get a grid: first name, last name, email, company, meal, and table.

0:32You can type straight into it — but nobody wants to type two hundred names, so paste or import a CSV instead and it maps the columns for you.

0:41Meals are just a column. Chicken, fish, vegetarian, whatever the kitchen is running — and you can count them at a glance, which is the number the caterer actually asks for.

0:51Table is where it connects back to the plan. Assign a guest to a table, and the app knows how many chairs that table has.

0:58So it can tell you when you've put eleven people on a ten-top. Live occupancy against real chair counts — not a spreadsheet that has no idea what you drew.

1:08And on the night, there's check-in. Mark people as they arrive and you know who's in the room.

1:13Search filters the list as you type, which is the only thing you actually want when someone's standing in front of you at the door.
