Sharing, PDFs & exports

0:03A diagram nobody sees isn't worth much. There are three ways out of the app, and they're for three different audiences.

0:10The first is a share link. Share, up in the toolbar.

0:15You choose what the link allows. View only. Comment, so they can pin feedback straight onto the plan. Or copy and build, if you want them to be able to take it and work from it.

0:25Copy the link and send it. Whoever opens it gets the real thing in their browser — the full diagram, to scale, with the 3D view — and they don't need an account.

0:35You can also send it to someone by email right here, rather than copying a link into another app.

0:41The second way out is a PDF. One click, and it comes out with a title block — the venue, the room, the event, the date, the counts.

0:50That's the version that gets printed and carried around a room by the people setting it. It should be readable at arm's length, and it is.

0:58And the third is a plain image export, for dropping into a proposal, a BEO, or an email.

1:05One thing worth knowing: on the free plan, exports and shared videos carry a small watermark. Paid plans don't.
