The PDF is the execution document. The share link is the approval document. They are not the same job.
Exporting

- 2For a print-ready plan, use the PDF export in the toolbar’s overflow menu.
- 3For a proposal or a BEO, use Export PNG and drop the image straight in.
What the title block carries
The venue and event space, the event and its date, and the live counts. That matters because a printed plan on a banquet floor is worthless if nobody can tell which version it is or which space it belongs to — the single most common cause of a room set from the wrong sheet.
Watermarks
On the free plan, exports and rendered videos carry a small corner watermark. Every paid plan removes it.
