How do I share a floor plan with a client?

A share link opens the real diagram in any browser, to scale and in 3D, with no account needed — and you choose whether the recipient can view, comment, or take a copy.

Send a share link. It opens the real diagram in any browser — to scale, with the 3D view — and the recipient needs no account.

You choose what the link allows: view only, comment so they can pin feedback onto the plan, or copy so they can take it and build from it.

Sharing it

  1. 1Open the diagram and click Share this diagram in the toolbar.
  2. 2Choose the permission level.
  3. 3Copy the link, or send it by email from the same panel.

Why a link beats a PDF here

A PDF is a snapshot; the moment you move a table it is wrong, and you have no idea whether the client is looking at the current one. A share link is always the live plan, and comments land on the plan itself rather than in an email thread describing “the table near the window, no the other one”.

You still want the PDF for the banquet floor — that is what gets printed and carried. Use both: the link for approval, the PDF for execution.
