Events groups work by booking. Storage flattens every diagram by what you touched last. Stars mark the layouts you reuse. Statuses tell everyone where a plan stands.
A workspace is one shared filing cabinet. Everything in it is team property — roles gate administration, never visibility.
Standard setups
Star a diagram and it becomes a standard setup for that event space — your house banquet, your house theater, your house classroom. They surface at the top of Storage.
- 1When a booking comes in, find the standard for that space.
- 2Duplicate it rather than starting from an empty space.
- 3Attach the new event to the copy and adjust from a known-good starting point.
A star is a shortcut, not a different kind of thing: a starred diagram is an ordinary diagram and still lives in an event.
Statuses
Draft, in review, approved, final. They exist so nobody has to ask which version is settled — the most common question on any event, and the most expensive one to get wrong.
Finding things
Events opens on upcoming bookings; past and all are a click away. Every column sorts, and search filters as you type. In Storage, each card names the booking it belongs to, so a diagram is never orphaned from its context.
